Trees and shrubs represent the largest investment in a landscape and give your property the unique look and feel of "home". Inherent
in this fact is that they are the most complex plants and require the most attention and expertise for proper management and protection. We have certified arborists, certified pest applicators, and even a

Tree Management
Tree Fertilization - Soil injected fertilizer "cocktail" with liquid macro/micro nutrients & beneficial organics; performed as needed in spring or fall.
Dormant Structural Tree Prune (Jan/Feb) -
• Removal of unsound or competing branches for health
• Ice Loading Reduction (Canopy thinning to reduce
ice accumulation & branch loss)
• Deadwooding (Removal of inner canopy dead/declining
branches at a per-specification approach)
• Increased clearance to house, other structures, walkway, driveway, etc.
Trunk Protection -
• Trunk "wrapping" young trees for sunscald/freeze protection
• Trunk guards installed for weed eater/deer protection
Shrub Growth Management
Shrub Fertilization - Spring topical application of granular fertilizer to provide nutritional support for blooming and to manage soil pH.
Dormant Prune - Deep pruning of deciduous shrubs to reduce size, remove declining stems, and promote growth of dense foliage.
Growing Season Prune - Deciduous shrubs will be lightly sheared or feathered for tidy appearance. Shear or feather evergreen shrubs for size reduction or maintenance.
